Mutualism 共生
「共生」是謝長廷人生與政治路途上遵循的哲學，貫穿他所有論述與政策的主軸。但這個名詞是2005年行政院長任內，提倡「和解共生」時首次正式提出，後來到哈佛大學訪問研究時詳細討論「共生」的內涵與實踐。
